关于所谓『射手播放器同样被举报违反开源协议』

GPL 　　因为射手播放器博客上发表了" 射手播放器项目公开谴责腾讯违反开源协议"（转载）一文，这两天在网络上引起了很热烈的争论，不过在一些人的推动（也许是无意的）之下，争论的内容成功的从"射手谴责腾讯"转到了"射手同样违背了开源协议"。

　　射手播放器的官方博客又发表了"关于所谓『射手播放器同样被举报违反开源协议』"一文，上面也有很多的争论，有兴趣或者是熟悉 GPL 开源协议的同学可以上去发表一下自己的看法，仁者见仁智者见智。射手播放器的发展可以说是走到了一个门槛上，将来还会不会有射手播放器暂且不说，目前来看，我会继续支持射手的！以下是转载：

1. GPL并不禁止在项目中使用非GPL的组件（详见后文引注）。
2. 射手播放器没有准备移除任何模块。相反，为了做出一个好的表率，减少误解和争议，现在已完完全全提供所有源代码可供公众下载。
3. 射手播放器对于某些人士这种对开源项目的误解和打压技巧表示非常遗憾。

If a program released under the GPL uses plug-ins, what are the requirements for the licenses of a plug-in.
It depends on how the program invokes its plug-ins. If the program uses fork and exec to invoke plug-ins, then the plug-ins are separate programs, so the license for the main program makes no requirements for them.

If the program dynamically links plug-ins, and they make function calls to each other and share data structures, we believe they form a single program, which must be treated as an extension of both the main program and the plug-ins. This means the plug-ins must be released under the GPL or a GPL-compatible free software license, and that the terms of the GPL must be followed when those plug-ins are distributed.

If the program dynamically links plug-ins, but the communication between them is limited to invoking the 'main' function of the plug-in with some options and waiting for it to return, that is a borderline case.
And also:
If I add a module to a GPL-covered program, do I have to use the GPL as the license for my module?
The GPL says that the whole combined program has to be released under the GPL. So your module has to be available for use under the GPL.

But you can give additional permission for the use of your code. You can, if you wish, release your program under a license which is more lax than the GPL but compatible with the GPL. The license list page gives a partial list of GPL-compatible licenses.

4. 不过对于开源和是否遵守开源协议能在国内引起这样的讨论我表示欣慰。希望籍此机会，让人们可以更多的了解开源，而使一些公司给开源更多的尊重。
5. 射手播放器会尽其所能坚持开放源代码这条道路。但是，即使射手播放器项目成功被灭杀，对的还是对的，错的还是错的。焦点可以转移，但事实是无法改变的。

我个人觉得，腾讯和射手都在不同程度上违反了这个开源协议。——只是个人观点。

为什么有很多人一开始就骂腾讯？1.腾讯本来就以抄袭起家，出名，做大。正因为此，遇到这种事，大家首先就会感觉是腾讯又在抄袭了。2.射手很弱小。不知您有没有觉得，在国内，大家都是同情弱小的，一般都是这样。3.射手在开源上的确做了不少努力，这个我们必须肯定。

前几天刚下了射手，在7下面用了一下之后立马就把暴风扫地出门了。

其实吧，我感觉，哪款软件无所谓，自己觉得好用就行了，当然像暴风那垃圾除外

不是我不重视版权，协议之类的，咱只是普通用户，用软件是我们所能做的，而软件厂商就是制作软件，我们尽可能选择符合自己习惯的软件，虽然腾讯是山寨帝国，不过他的QQ影音的确要比射手更加符合我的习惯。。

我想更多人罵騰訊并不是因為這個開源軟件吧。只要想抄，管你開源與否騰訊都是手到擒來，現在的諸多服務和產品已經說明這一點了。而射手這種依靠開源代碼做軟件的小眾工作室即便說它借騰訊炒作也不為過。

@hfantasy, QQ影音新推出的字幕匹配功能，和射手下载的是同样的来自射手网的字幕，而且匹配程度完全相同，这就是问题了

@Louis Han, 公开谴责能够解决问题么？显然不能。按常理应该先主动与腾讯取得联系，了解真实情况，或者收集证据并给它发律师信。这种时候理应避嫌的，但射手却选择了一种极有可能被误解的方式。你说射手不是别有用心，岂能令人信服？
